How it works:

Our unique wellness activity is an easy app based game full of feel good challenges that you can assign to your team throughout their working week or even during a conference or event. This game can be done with individual players participating which works well when integrated into the workplace over a week if you struggle to get your team out at the same time or it can be completed in teams during a conference or event to encourage audience engagement and interaction.

Increase interaction:

With a live leaderboard and chat room within our Win at Wellness game your employees or delegates can interact throughout helping to keep the team connected and inspiring some healthy team competition. Our challenges include video and photo challenges meaning you can capture your wellness journey and use the photos for positive PR after the event.

Educate teams:

Win at Wellness has the ability to educate your team on mindful activities and practices with regards to people and our planet, which they can go on to apply in the workplace or at home. Win points and work your way up the leaderboard by completing a range from socially responsible tasks such as donating to charity and helping one another out to healthy eating, gratitude, breathwork, tidying up and more!

Alongside each wellbeing task your team will have tools such as how to videos explain the task further and help them learn new ways to relax, restore and re-energise, so they can be the best version of themselves.
